What are DripTip Vapes shipping rates?
FREE 3-5 day USPS First Class shipping and tracking is included with every order. 
Expedited shipping is also available

Is Your Packaging Discreet?
 
Yes, our packaging is very discreet and generally comes in white or black envelopes. There is no mention of e-cigarette-related goods on the outside of our packaging.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?
No. You must agree to the Terms & Conditions at checkout that states you are of age for the State you want us to ship to. For this reason, we do not require a signature upon delivery - but all orders are tracked.

Why Is My Shipping Delayed?
The majority of our packages are sent out with USPS and arrive within 2-5 business days after they are shipped. Typically, they arrive in between 2-3 days, but sometimes USPS can be slow and may take a couple days longer to deliver your package, but once we ship out the items, we no longer have control over the shipping process. Any recent or current major weather changes may also impact and delay shipping speeds.

I Paid For Faster Shipping But My Item Arrived Late/ Still Hasn't Arrived Yet, Can I Get A Shipping Refund?
​If you paid $25.00 for Priority Express Overnight 1-2 Day Shipping, and your shipment is delayed Please contact us so that we may file a claim and get you a refund, You are covered by USPS.
​If you Paid $8.00 for Priority Mail 2-3 Day Shipping and your order hasn't arrived within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, We offer a one time courtesy refund on behalf of USPS, however Priority 2-3 day Shipping is NOT covered by USPS.

How Can I Track My Order?
Once you receive your tracking number by email, simply go to USPS.com, Locate the tracking tool, and enter your Tracking number to see updates or click this link Here:

Please expect 24 business hours before receiving your tracking details. Please note: your order confirmation email is sent immediately after your purchase, this is separate from your shipping confirmation email.

I Never Received My Tracking Number.
If you never received your tracking information by email, please check your spam and junk folders as sometimes our emails will get redirected there.
 
How Long Does It Take For My Order To Go Out After You Receive It?
Here at DripTip Vapes 95% of our orders Ship out the same day they're placed (we're that good). On a busy week, it can take up to 3 days to process your order. Shipments will not be processed on holidays, or during any event that would cause a facility to close (severe inclement weather, etc.). However, fulfillment of orders is our core priority, We always got your back.


The Tracking Says 'Delivered' But I Never Got My Parcel.
If a package is not delivered, Please look for a delivery notice that may have been left by your postal carrier. call your local post office for immediate assistance with your parcel. We also recommend checking in with neighbors, front desk, mailrooms, or anywhere the package may have been delivered. We recommend you file a claim with USPS by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS®. We can also file a claim for you if you contact us. We have found that sometimes shipments are incorrectly scanned as delivered (or scanned ahead of time) and it will frequently show up the next day or two. If you still cannot locate your delivery, and more than 48 hours has passed since delivery was confirmed, please contact us. Additionally, If your address is in an office building, apartment complex, or shared space, we suggest looking around and checking in with your front desk officer, leasing officer, land lord, or mail/locker room.
 Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

What if my Parcel Was Damaged or Defective?
We inspect all of our items before shipping them out. We ship most of our packages through USPS. Sometimes in the shipping process packages get mishandled or crushed, resulting in damaged products arriving to your door. The shipping process is completely out of our control. If you discover that your parcel is damaged after it is delivered, please contact us. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

What If I Have Missing Items From My Order?
If you discover that your order has missing items after it has been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible. Sometimes orders may ship in separate packages, especially if they are larger. If you have not received all of your items within 3 business days, please let us know. However, we also recommend confirming what items you ordered on your account dashboard. Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery.
